At HRI we never publicly publish any of our findings. We much prefer to work confidentially with you to help improve your offer.

All HRI Ambassadors are 'standard' customers who act independently. They belong to the HRI Ambassador Programme and their opinion and score is wholly theirs alone and HRI take no respeonsibility for their comments and or actions as a result of visiting a venue. HRI will not publish any comments or findings, but will work with you confidentially should you choose to engage HRI in any of its professional hospitality services.
